Standard Upgrade procedure:
1. Backup your existing data to XML (export)
2. Run the install program and select "Remove" when asked (not "Repair")
3. Run the install program a second time and allow it to install
4. Bring back your data from XML (import)
5. Check that your settings are still correct and the system is functioning correctly. Report any problems.
6. Make regular back ups when the system is working with no problems. Do not back up if you suspect any corruptions.
